Prana Retreat

The Prana Retreat was a journey dedicated to the vital force that sustains us: the breath.

In this retreat, I shared the history of Pranayama an ancient practice rooted in the Yoga Sutras and one of the eight limbs of yoga  exploring its philosophy, its many benefits, and a variety of transformative breathing techniques.

We deepened the understanding that everyday breathing  shallow, fast, and unconscious  does not access the full potential of what the breath can offer the body and mind. Conscious breathing becomes the foundation for new habits, emotional balance, and a more peaceful, present way of living.

We experienced guided meditations that touched the heart, outdoor practices that awakened sensitivity and presence, and mantras that elevated the group’s vibration.

In a very special way, we explored the connection with our inner child  accessing memories, emotions, and parts of ourselves that needed attention, compassion, and love. This integration created space for softness, healing, and a renewed sense of authenticity.

It was a journey of expansion, alignment, and profound reconnection with our essence and our life force.
