The Art of Inner Observation
This course is designed to guide participants in developing a deep awareness of their thoughts as a foundation for meditation and personal growth. Before beginning meditation, participants will learn to sit in silence, allowing their minds to run free while paying close attention to the thoughts that arise. Through documenting and analyzing these thoughts, they will explore how their mind relates to the present moment and address any current issues. By engaging in self-dialogue, participants will learn to organize their thoughts, transforming their perception of life and gaining clarity and emotional resilience.
Drawing on the teachings of mindfulness experts like Eckhart Tolle, Jon Kabat-Zinn, and Thich Nhat Hanh, this course offers practical tools for understanding and managing thoughts. The Primordial Sound Meditation Course is a guided journey into stillness, designed to help you release stress, calm your nervous system, and cultivate a deeper connection with yourself.
This practice is based on a personal sound or vibration a unique mantra that works through its vibrational quality rather than mental effort or concentration. Your personal mantra gently guides the mind beyond thought, allowing the body to enter a state of deep rest and awareness.
Rooted in the Primordial Sound Meditation tradition taught through the Chopra Center, this course offers a clear and accessible approach to meditation that can be easily integrated into daily life.
Through guided instruction, you will learn how to establish a consistent practice, deepen your experience, and understand what happens during meditation without force, expectations, or judgment.
